Smartec Factory was established on March 13th, 2017, as a Joint Stock Company under law no. 8 for the year 1997 to build and operate a factory for the production and packaging of cosmeceutical products and cosmetics. The Company is licensed to operate for itself, serving its related Companies in addition to operating for other clients. 

In 2019 Smartec established a new factory for Medical Nutritional & Nutrient products.

COMPANY OPERATIONS

Smartec Factory was able to establish a sound clientele

Base despite its recent inauguration in early 2017, on the back of the accumulated experience of its shareholders and management which dates to 30 years in the field, opting for strategic partnerships with key suppliers and a sound clientele base in its first year of operation. The Smartec clientele base is around 150 clients as of this date and is witnessing a continuous increase. The factory is currently operating at a capacity of 60%, therefore, it can accommodate increasing business.

Smartec Factory holds an MOH license

The license is for semi-solid (cream, gel, lotions, skin serum, wax, lip wax) and for liquids like (Shower gel, hand soap, oils, serum, lotions, and shampoo) 

Smartec Factory also holds ISO 9001 and GMP 22716 certificates of quality. 

Smartec for medical nutrition holds a license from NFSA (National Food Safety Authority)

The license for Syrups, Powder, and tablets.

The CEO and Managing Director of Smartec Factory Graduated in 1988 from the Faculty of Pharmacy at Cairo University. She held several positions in Pfizer International, Abbott Laboratories, MUP, and Sigma Pharmaceuticals in which she reached Marketing Director.
